Abhishek’s Recent Remarks Prove He Is Truly a ‘Bachchan’

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan might not be treating his fans with the best of his movies from quite some time now (we also don’t remember when we saw Abhishek nailing it, after Guru) but the star son surely has a great intellect, and knows how to impress with his statements.
From tackling Twitter trolls to answering media on various occasions, Abhishek has always got thumbs up for his reactions, proving that he has that ‘Bachchan’ quality in him.

Recently too, Abhishek made an apt reply when he was asked about the recent incident where he left his gorgeous wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, midway, leaving her alone to pose for the shutterbugs. Abhishek’s behaviour obviously raised eyebrows with people claiming that there was trouble in the paradise. However, Abhishek shut all rumour mills when he said, “We Bachchan’s don’t fight in public. I walked away from her side so that the media could interact with her uninterrupted. After all, it was her evening and her moment of glory. I was there just to support her.”

Keeping his point straight, Abhishek added, "If you are going to misinterpret something for your own convenience, then go ahead. I am a public figure after all. And I cannot make the media happy all the time. My marriage and my life are not going to be dictated by what the media says. So it's really not an issue for me."

Abhishek opened up about his darling daughter Aaradhya and spilled the beans about her bond with her star grandparents, Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan. Being his witty best, he said, “I don’t think she understands who her grandparents are. Dadaji is probably Santa, he’s always getting presents. Dadima is a plaything because she’s almost her height. It’s what we both want for our child, and that comes from seeing each other as friends.”

Awww…now that’s so cute.

Abhishek took to twitter to praise his father for his performance in his last release TE3N. He did it in the best way, when we wrote, “Just when you think that he cannot out do his last performance, he does. Senior Bachchan is a magician. Not going to carry on tweeting about him. Am gonna go across and give him a giant hug.”

Getting candid about Aishwarya and her things that upset him, Abhishek revealed, in his recent interview, that it was his wifey’s packing problem that irked her. He said, “She’s manic and weird about packing everything in a certain way. I don’t know if she’s happy doing it, but I’m certainly least happy watching her pack.

Abhishek won our hearts with his simplicity and humbleness, when he said, “Aishwarya might want to be remembered as a good daughter, wife and mother. I just want to be remembered as a good guy.”
