7 Celebs Who Have Been Hacked

Given their popularity, our B-town stars sometimes have to bear the negative brunt of stardom.

Along with several thousands of admirers, sometimes comes a hacker.

1. Veena Malik

A tweet, '@iVeenaMalik: India sucks...!' was trending on the site. Veena said that her Twitter account had been hacked by her digital manager from a Mumbai-based web service company. 

2. Poonam Pandey

In the news for unusual things, this time Poonam Pandey created a buzz as her account was apparently hacked by a group of Pakistanis. She even filed a complaint with the cyber cell department.

3. Shahid Kapoor

B-town hottie Shahid’s Facebook account was hacked but thankfully restored later. He thanked Ganpati Bappa for the same.

4. Madhu Shalini

It came as a shock to Madhu when she was unable to log in to her micro-blogging site account. However, the actress managed to retrieve it and also tweeted about the incident.

5. Trisha Krishnan

Trisha became a victim of cyber hacking as an anonymous hacker managed to hack her social networking account. She also complained to the crime branch about the incident.

6. Ali Zafar

An anonymous hacker not only hacked Ali’s Twitter account but also promoted himself via a tweet. He wrote, "I am @nikunjbhuwalka! And follow me please I am cool :) @nikunjbhuwalka." 

7. Shruti Haasan

Shruti fell victim to hacking for the second time when her Twitter account was hacked. She managed to get things under control in a few hours and also posted saying, "Someone has hacked my account. Please ignore weird tweets and requests."
